How’s the Market??

So far, so good.

That’s the climate our Grosse Pointe 4th Quarter statistics are showing. Currently we have a total of 486 Units on the market (as of September 23, 2002).

The chart below details the type of properties on the market: 417 are Residential homes, 27 are Condos,

4 Vacant properties, 15 Commercial and 23 Multi-family dwellings.

Lower interest rates translate into Buyers being able to afford more. After September 11th, 2001, our country has reevaluated their values/priorities: family and home.

Real estate seems to be the stronger investment now over stocks with the climate in the corporate community as well.
